Richard Tucker is the founder and director of The Human Performance Lab. A registered nutritionist, consultant and exercise physiologist, he has gained over 12 years of professional experience working with a diverse range of clients, that include many world class rugby teams & individual players, boxers, MMA/UFC fighters, Formula One drivers, tennis players and endurance athletes.
Through the Human Performance Lab, Richard and his team aim to redefine individual health and performance. The approach that Richard uses with his clients integrates all aspects of his professional experience of working as a high performance coach in elite sport and his academic expertise in the fields of nutrition, strength and conditioning and exercise physiology.
